Delivery & Tracking...

Your order can be tracked through the entire production process - and when we ship to you, you will get delivery tracking notifications!

Delivery & Tracking

We use Royal Mail for all orders aside from orders that weigh 2kg and above which are then sent using Parcel Force. Both of these services are sent using the 24/48hr tracked delivery service depending on your delivery location. Our production leadtime is given to you when your order has been approved and includes the delivery to you.

Please note that whilst we send all parcels using a Next/2 Day day delivery service, we are subject to the courier companies' saturation when delivering your parcels - in some cases you may experience a delay. International deliveries are usually 3-5 working days and we use UPS for these.

Business & Residential Deliveries

We can despatch your items to business or residential addresses. Our standard turnaround time is set by the website and will be shown after your proof has been approved. We use a 'signed for' service - this will require the delivery address to be manned, please bear this in mind when providing an address. If you are having a parcel delivered and you are not in, you will be provided options to have your parcels delivered to a neighbor or for delivery in a 'Safe Location' - these options become available to you when you receive your delivery notification.

Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Europe

All orders shipped to Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, and remote parts of Scotland have FREE Delivery*, however your order will be subject to an extended lead time due to transport time. See our Remote Deliveries section below for more information.
*Export surcharge MAY apply - any surcharges will be applied in the checkout if applicable.

If you are looking for delivery to a country other than the UK, we now offer free delivery on orders over £40 to the following countries. Any surcharge listed below is added to your order when you configure your country to ship to. The surcharge is based on the country you are delivering to. We declare the value of the items we ship abroad and you may be subject to import charges depending on your countries import duties/TAX rules. Please check with your local tax office to clarify any import duties that may be applicable to your delivery. International deliveries including Southern ireland will be sent with UPS.

Export and VAT Information

On our export forms we have a “statement of origin” as our products are made in the UK they are not subject to additional custom charges, from our own and our accountants understanding, the only fees should be an admin/handling fee at the export port and then a charge equal to the rate of current VAT in your country, this can then be claimed back from your government TAX/VAT department.

We have asked if we could assist with taking this payment in advance and handling this transaction, but we would have to be registered in the delivery country so cannot assist.

To receive a pallet customer must have an EORI number to receive a pallet from the UK, If you do not have one, this can be applied for from your local government office.

Remote Deliveries

Delivery charges to remote areas are put on an extended delivery turn-around schedule and are NOT a next day service, please allow 2-3 days for any remote deliveries to be delivered. This will be in addition to your expected turnaround date given when you place your order.

Delivery Conditions

If a parcel is late or is misdirected, there is an infrastructure to track the parcel with your delivery notification. In the unlikely event a member of our courier staff has made a mistake or not filled in the relevant paper work correctly, contact us and we can look into this for you. Please note we are not responsible for delivery timeframes, these are dictated by the company providing the service. If the network we send your parcels with has potential delays, you may see ths affect your delivery timeframe.

We will endeavour to help and assist you in every way possible in the case of missing or late delivery, but some circumstances are simply out of our control.
