IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
When creating your design online, ensure that all spellings and contents are correct, as your order will be printed accordingly. Let us know if you make any changes, and we will update your order with the revised design. Check that any images you have uploaded to your design pass our quality inspection as well. Images that fall below what we recommend will be marked with a red or yellow tick warning in the design studio. Images with low resolution will not improve when printed. To ensure the best quality output, we suggest uploading the best quality image. Please note that we are unable to take responsibility for images classified as low resolution.
Please take extra care when spell checking any wording, we cannot be held responsible for any spelling errors - please check your proof carefully and If any changes are made, please inform us. (Designs do not automatically update to your order) Any approved design will be printed as-is once approved online or by the designer service.
Due to the nature of printing, colours represented on screen may differ from the final print of the order. If colour is important to you, we recommend getting a printed proof. Please also note that printing is susceptible to a manufacturer tolerance - whilst a printed proof is a general representation of your final print you may find a minimal colour shift from proof to final printed item.
